PROGRAM LINE-UP

We’re partnering with The Wellness Quo  — whose simple mission is to empower others to get back in the driver’s seat of their wellbeing, by bringing you a variety of physical wellness activities on 27th October, 10th November and 24th November 2021.

Due to safety distancing measures and space constraints, we are limited to up to 20 pax per session.

About the instructor

Kimberly is a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness and outdoor sports that specialises in Functional Training, HIIT, group fitness and women’s health. Enthusiastic and always looking for ways to get involved in the health and fitness industry, Kimberly’s passion lies in working with people from different backgrounds and needs and getting them to enjoy fitness in a fun and functional manner! She strongly advocates the idea of “health is wealth” and how it should play a huge role in our modern day lifestyle.

24th November (06:00pm to 06:30pm): Sound healing by Tricia Tee

About the instructor

She is one of the first certified Seifu practitioners and instructors in her country. She is interested in health and well-being. She believes in natural healing, the art of allowing the body to use its own potential to heal itself. In her free time, she offers complimentary Seifu treatment for patients in hospitals and residents of hospices that I regularly visit.
